Question 1

What kind of training plans do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Three: Online coaching (€450 for 3 months) with a tailored diet plan, custom workout program, weekly check-ups and WhatsApp access. 1-on-1 coaching (€650 per month) adds 10 one-hour personal training sessions in the gym, with gym access included. And a Diet plan & workout program (€199) if you want a detailed plan to run on your own.

Question 2

How do I know if I'm ready to start training?

Accepted Answer

You don't need to be in shape to start. Abdullah coaches everyone from complete beginners to seasoned athletes, and your plan starts from where you are today. If you're unsure, apply anyway and mention it. That's what the conversation is for.

Question 3

How quickly will I hear back after applying?

Accepted Answer

Within 24 hours. Abdullah reads every application himself and replies by email, WhatsApp or phone, whichever you choose in the form.

Question 4

Can I train with you if I'm not local?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Online coaching is fully remote: your plan, weekly check-ups and direct WhatsApp coaching work wherever you train. The Diet plan & workout program is remote too. Only 1-on-1 coaching requires you to be at the gym in person.

Question 5

Is gym access included?

Accepted Answer

With 1-on-1 coaching, yes: gym access is included for your sessions. Online coaching and the Diet plan & workout program assume you train at your own gym or at home.
